Yes. All instructors must pass the Florida Driver Performance Analysis System (DPAS) and complete the Florida Driving Instructor Training Certification (DITC).

2. How many years of experience do your instructors have?

Experience varies by instructor, but all have extensive backgrounds. Some have over 30 years with the DMV, while others have been pilots or held CDLs. Every instructor is deeply passionate about driver education.

3. Do instructors have specialized training in defensive driving or working with nervous drivers?

Yes. All instructors receive continuous training, including defensive driving techniques and working with anxious students. Our focus is helping students feel comfortable and confident while teaching safe driving habits.

4. Are background checks conducted on instructors?

Absolutely. Instructors undergo background checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), are fingerprinted for national clearance, and must maintain clean driving records.

5. What topics and skills do your lessons cover?

Lessons include:

Highway driving

6. Do you offer both classroom and behind-the-wheel training?

Currently, all training is behind the wheel in a 1-on-1 format. We prioritize hands-on learning through consistent, real-world practice.

7. How many lessons or hours are required to complete your program?

We offer multiple packages tailored to different skill levels and budgets. The number of lessons needed depends on the student’s experience and comfort level.

8. Do you provide a structured curriculum with progress assessments?

Yes. Students receive personalized feedback during each lesson. We also send periodic progress reports, including videos, to parents to track improvement.

9. What type of vehicles are used? Are they equipped with dual brakes?

Our fleet are Toyota Carollas equipped with:

10. Are the training vehicles regularly maintained?

Yes. Our vehicles are owned and maintained by licensed mechanics. Routine inspections and a backup vehicle ensure no lesson interruptions.

11. Do lessons occur in different weather or traffic conditions?

Yes. Students are exposed to a variety of driving conditions including rain, traffic, bridges, and expressways—unless conditions are unsafe (such as hurricanes).

12. What is the availability of lessons?

We operate 7 days a week with four time slots:

10:30 AM

1:00 PM

3:30 PM

6:00 PM

13. Do you offer weekend or evening lessons?

Yes. We provide flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.

14. Can I request the same instructor for all lessons?

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee the same instructor or vehicle for all lessons. Learning from multiple instructors can be beneficial.

15. What is the cost of the program? Are there hidden fees?

Pricing depends on the package selected. There are no hidden fees. However, late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees.

16. Do you offer payment plans or discounts for multiple lessons?

Yes. Packages offer reduced pricing per lesson. Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.

17. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations require 72-hour notice

Late cancellations incur a $150 fee

All sales are final

Lesson extensions may be granted for medical issues

18. Do you help prepare students for the DMV driving test?

Yes. Every lesson is designed to prepare students for real test scenarios. Our instructors understand the test requirements thoroughly.

19. Can students take the driving test through your school?

Yes. We offer a concierge service to help schedule and administer the test. Additional fees apply.

20. What is your student pass rate for the driving test?

We maintain a 90%+ pass rate, significantly higher than the industry average.

21. Are you accredited or recognized by any driving safety organizations?

Yes. We are a licensed Commercial Driving School with the State of Florida and have been teaching drivers since 1978.

22. What safety measures do you implement to ensure a stress-free and safe environment?

All instructors are patient and compassionate. GPS tracking, dashcams, and consistent communication with parents ensure a safe and transparent learning experience.
