Alison
Owner

My name is Alison. I have lived in Central Florida for almost 40 years. As a mom, I was shocked to learn how dangerous Florida roads can be for new drivers, especially around busy corridors like the Selmon Expressway and I-4. As a driver, that is shocking; as a parent, it is terrifying. I am a serial entrepreneur and wanted to do something about it. The question is: what can be done? Auto Safety Driving School is the answer.
I remember growing up; it was not rural, but we had back roads. Those roads were a great place to learn how to drive. Today, development across Hillsborough County and Tampa has widened lanes, roads, and highways. And that was before all the distractions, especially cell phones.
Florida roads are serious business, and they are not very forgiving. Now, more than ever, parents need the peace of mind that comes from knowing their children are learning in a place where no corners are cut.
All of our instructors are certified, background-checked, and highly trained, on top of being dedicated and just all-around quality people.
Our vehicles are exceptional. Toyota Corollas are well regarded for safety, with a strong structure, 5-Star Overall Safety Ratings from the NHTSA, eight standard airbags, and a long list of safety features, indicators, and all the bells and whistles.
All lessons end with a written evaluation so you can work with your student between lessons on the areas marked for improvement.
A Driver's License is a big deal. Freedom. Independence. But also, responsibility. We take this process extremely seriously, and you should too. We appreciate your trust and will earn it from each student, each lesson, every day.

Omarah
I wanted to become a driving instructor because I understand how important independence, confidence, and having the ability to safely get where you need to go can be. Throughout my own life, I have experienced periods of transition and learned how empowering it is to have the skills and knowledge to take control of your own path. I want to use my patience, communication skills, and experience working with and helping others to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence behind the wheel. For me, being a driving instructor is about more than teaching someone how to operate a vehicle—it is about giving people a valuable life skill that can open doors to employment, education, family responsibilities, and greater independence.
