What to Bring to the Driver License Office
To avoid delays, ensure you have these documents ready:
- Proof of Identification

- U.S. Passport (if available).
- Proof of Social Security Number
- Original social security card or W-2 with your SSN.
- Two Proofs of Residential Address
- Examples: Utility bills, cable bills, or home telephone bills.
- Proof of Name Change (if applicable)
- Required for changes due to marriage, divorce, or court order.
- Parent/Guardian Online Test Proctoring Form
- Must be signed in the presence of a driver license examiner or notarized if a parent/guardian is not present.
